Our Mission Statement
Little STEM Initiative aims to provide STEM exposure to all students, regardless of gender, ethnicity, and socio-economic status, through engaging workshops and interactive activities, to create an encouraging community of students in STEM. STEM is a rapidly growing field and it is crucial to inspire the next generation of scientists, developers, and innovators.
Meet the Team

President and Founder
Claire Kim
Claire is a senior at Langley High School and is the President and Founder of Little STEM Initiative. She has a strong passion for STEM education and hopes to create an encouraging and supportive community of girls in STEM. She loves to listen to music, play softball, and visit cafes with her friends.

Tech Lead
Matthew Kim
Matthew is a sophomore at Langley High School and is the Technology Lead for Little STEM Initiative. He hopes to use his tech skills to reach a greater audience and make STEM education more accessible. In his free time, he enjoys hanging out with his friends, doing taekwondo, and playing the violin.
